The ambience was casual and the food excellent! I greatly enjoyed the ghobi Manchurian and naan. Our group was large--14-- and everyone was full and satisfied when we finished. If you like Indian food, Aroma is for you!

Visited Aroma on a whim. We ordered pani puri, papdi chaat, chole bhature, and soya chili chaap for our appetizers. Pani puri was good but it was filled with too much potato for my liking. Papdi chaat was okay. Soya chili chaap was very tasty and the chole bhature were delicious! I would say the chole bhature were my favorite. For the mains we ordered garlic and plain naan, mango chicken, daal makhani, karahi paneer, and raita. Garlic naan had a lot of fresh garlic. The food was pretty fresh tasting and the spice level was customizable. The server/owner was really friendly and nice. We wanted to order chai but it was going to take too long to prepare since they brew the spices for a while. Honestly a very solid Indian food option in Napa. If I'm in the area again I would come back and hopefully try the chai.

comfortable, clean and inviting ambiance. Attentive, polite waiter. Delicious food. I started with tasty, mildly spicy coconut fried shrimp and finished with tender chunks of lamb in a wrap with bell peppers, onions and chutney. My husband had the Bindi Masala (Indian style okra) chicken curry, Jasmine rice and garlic naan. Aroma is definitely the place to go to when you are in the mood for delicious Indian food or just a great meal.

Came in 30 minutes before closing and was treated with personable hospitality and kindness. Delicious food was delivered quickly and very filling. Indoor seating with outdoor and patio in the back, well kept restaurant with a very nice view. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and I will be returning with family!!

Tasty and very authentic Indian food. You must try their spinach naan! Clean restaurant and very attentive staff. I recommend this hidden gem that is away from Napa's touristy spots. Easy parking too.

I just moved to Napa two months ago, and my wife and I are absolute foodies, and we both cook. I am the kind of guy that searches for the best foods in many cultures wherever I travel. Aroma is the real thing. That being said, Aroma's dishes are divine! Aromatic, like the name says, but also there is love in the cooking. I cannot stand when you pay money for "phoned-in" food. We only did take out last night, but when home, the food was was as good as my favorite West Hollywood Indian restaurant, and, I have been to many Indian restaurants in my life. The balance of spices were great. Tenderness of lamb, perfect. The Saag Paneer was the best I have had in years. I am looking forward to bringing the family in to sit down for dinner. Also, the bar has a great selection wine and spirits. In Napa, you have to! LOL! Nice job, Aroma!

Just had a fabulous lunch! Lots of great vegetarian options. Samosas were delicious. Chai was good. All the flavors were delicious . Service was attentive ambience was very comfortable. I have been craving Indian food and this hit the spot. The chai comes with the sugar on the side in case you're watching your sugar. And you can specify the amount of spice you want in your dishes. It was really a perfect lunch.

This place is sooo delicious!! The tikka masala was refreshing, best one I've ever had, the paneer bhurji was flavorful, and the naan was soft and delicious with the tikka sauce. The only thing was that the basmati rice was a little hard, but maybe because it's near closing time. We also went on a Friday night on Valentine's Day and it was surprisingly empty and quiet. Our server was so kind and made sure we had everything we needed. Y'all need to make your way over here!!

We celebrated Valentine's day at Aroma in Napa. We came back again. We're so pleased with the ambience of the restaurant with easy music. Our server AJ gave us excellent service. Food was exceptional from mild rice called Vegetable Pulse, mild Mixed Grill consisting of lamb sausage, chicken kebabs & another grilled drumstick/chicken breast. BTW, their coconut shrimp appetizer was so tasty surrounded with array of salad veggies, assisted Naan bread from onion, garlic & plain. Mango chicken we added & spices are such a delight in our palate. Dessert was a rice pudding with a tinge of sweet flavored herbs. Worth coming back. Try & you'll not be sorry.

This Indian restaurant hits it out of the park! We tried Chole Bhature, Butter Chicken and Daal Tadka which were authentic Punjabi delicious. A must go place if you’re craving for Indian food. Well maintained ambience and good service.

Surprised to find an Indian restaurant with a very authentic flavor in Napa! The Chole Batura, Cauliflower Paratha and Karahi Paneer was as authentic as it gets. Just so freaking delicious. The hosts are very friendly too and we had a great time. They can customize the spicyness based on what you are looking for. Can't wait to try their buffet another time.

Boy, I sure got lucky today! While traveling through Napa on business I spied the restaurant Aroma. Fortune allowed me the opportunity to dine at Aroma today and I was delightfully surprised. At first I was seeking the traditional buffet but at first it seemed as if they weren’t providing the buffet, however I was seated and told the buffet would come to me. And boy did it ever! I was served an attractive tray with multiple choices. Chicken Tikka Masala, Chana Masala, Mushrooms in a delicious sauce and the Paneer which was one of the best I have ever tasted! Naan would soon to follow along with Chili Chicken. I was more than satisfied with every dish and in my more gluttonous days would surely have asked for more. I will definitely be coming back to dine at Aroma!

Very enjoyable experience. Had the lunch buffet. The service was very nice and always taking care of my water. The rice was very flavorful, a perfect pairing for any curry. The Saag and Tandori Chicken were also highlights. The naan came out fresh and warm, very delicious. Very relaxed atmosphere.
